This afternoon I was thrilled to see that they were almost done running the fiber optics cable on Charles.
I can’t wait to finally get usable internet!
Haven’t had time yet to post about my Thanksgiving week with NO Frontier internet and how the Frontier billing people kept me on hold for over half an hour when I called to request a credit and then they didn’t even get back to me when we were disconnected. They DO have my number … It’s been frustrating.
All that’s happening with this fiber install is so frontier can have more backhaul capability. Meaning they can support more customers. I was hoping we would get better service. Not sure that will necessarily happen. It will still be DSL.
I don’t have a problem with DSL, would be VERY happy with 5 mbps!
I am tried of having terrible internet. It better improve. This is BS.
