# Map of Meadview Units so you can find the CC&Rs

Last week, the MCA kindly provided me with these two maps, prepared by the Meadview Chamber of Commerce in 1995.

**Why isn't the map on the MCA website?**

Finally, I can attempt to find the CC&Rs pertaining to each Unit.

### **WARNING:**  The CC&Rs provided by the MCA may have been amended.

**Do NOT rely on documents provided by the MCA and verify with the County Recorder that the CC&Rs have not been amended.**

The quality is poor, street names are not readable and streets may have been renamed.

### The LISTING of Meadview Units and whether membership and CC&Rs apply

### A DIFFERENT Chart is on the MCA website with the CC&Rs

**One notable difference is that the MCA website chart states:**

> ***** All lot have CC&Rs or Declartions [sic] & Restrictions. *****
