I. Meadview most areas are restricted from living in RV!\u00a0 Through recorded CC&amp;R&#8217;S (Covenants,Conditions and Restrictions ).\u00a0 Those CCR&#8217;S are recorded on the land even if it is a non-member lot iin the MCA.\u00a0 And the property owner can be sued for non-compliance<\/p>\n<p>Ad far as Mohave County is concerned the Regulations state TEMPORARY and only than with a permit.\u00a0 And the RV must remain road worthy!\u00a0 And you can not attached anything to the RV This regulation was intended to give owners a place to live while they build on their property<\/p>\n<p>Please members of our community before you share a video or hearsay about Meadview&#8217;s zoning restrictions find out if the &#8230;. [that&#8217;s all I can see from Jay&#8217;s video.]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>My 8\/21\/25 email to the MCA demanding\u00a0Retractions and Corrections<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p>August 21, 2025<\/p>\n<p><strong>VIA EMAIL ONLY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meadview Civic Association<br \/>\nBoard of Governors:<\/p>\n<p>Donald Swartz<br \/>\nLarry Reilley<br \/>\nNorreta Caldwell<br \/>\nSharon Baur<br \/>\nRon Balsamo<br \/>\nWilliam Zajc<\/p>\n<p><strong>RE: Director Sharon Baur&#8217;s FALSE statements on Social Media &#8212; terrorizing residents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dear Board Members:<\/p>\n<p>On 8\/17\/25 Jay Meyers posted a YouTube video featuring this Facebook comment allegedly by MCA Director Sharon Baur:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=CiTfmMR8_TQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=CiTfmMR8_TQ<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Please notify me by 5 pm tomorrow, 8\/22\/25, if Jay Meyers or anyone else fabricated Director Baur&#8217;s alleged Facebook comment or impersonated Director Baur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Assuming that Director Baur&#8217;s Facebook comment is authentic, the MCA MUST post Retractions and Corrections of all false statements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in all Facebook groups, pages, profiles and anywhere else where these false statements were posted.<\/li>\n<li>in the comments with Director Baur&#8217;s comment(s) and in a new post, so more people will see it.<\/li>\n<li>at the MCA Facebook page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>a) &#8220;Meadview most areas are restricted from living in RV!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This statement is FALSE for Unit 7.<\/p>\n<p>Please IDENTIFY the Units that do NOT allow living in RVs according to valid CC&amp;Rs, properly notarized and recorded .<\/p>\n<p>b) &#8220;Those CCR&#8217;S [sic] are recorded on the land even if it is a non-member lot iin [sic] the MCA.\u00a0 And the property owner can be sued for non-compliance&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The MCA FAILED to respond to my 8\/20\/25 NOTICE of Litigation Hold and Document Preservation Request and the Unit 7 CC&amp;Rs are therefore deemed INVALID.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/highdesertdirt.com\/mca\/docs\/2025-8-20-notice-of-litigation-hold-and-document-preservation-request-to-mca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/highdesertdirt.com\/mca\/docs\/2025-8-20-notice-of-litigation-hold-and-document-preservation-request-to-mca\/<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please state so in your Retractions and Corrections.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>c) &#8220;Ad [sic] far as Mohave County is concerned the Regulations state TEMPORARY and only than [sic] with a permit.\u00a0 And the RV must remain road worthy!
