The other day I tried to visit someone in Lake Mead City and after 20+ minutes of trying to get to Lucky & Tamarisk from Apple I gave up. At one point I tried all 3 roads at an intersection, but ended up going back to where I came from. Crazy … I have a truck, but 2WD and I would have gotten stuck for sure. In some places I saw the tracks of others who got stuck.
So I decided to mark the really bad roads in Unit 7 and I’d like to do a map for Lake Mead City too, but I can’t remember all the roads that sucked so bad.

The GREEN GOOD ROADS are “relatively” good. You still may have to slow down occasionally. Charles gets pretty bad towards the end and I haven’t been on Cholla in years. The unmarked roads are “ok” — no major washouts — as far as I know. I just really hate the sand. You can’t tell how deep it is and I never want to have to shovel for an hour to get my truck out of the sand again.
Obviously this map is only good until it rains again!
Please let me know if I missed any major problem areas and if you can help me out with a map for LMC.

Of course I watched it, in fact several times, and that’s how I know that we are totally screwed.
I don’t know how so many people can be so incredibly gullible. That Bishop got elected again by MEADVIEW is just beyond belief. Many Golden Valley residents are already talking about a recall (6 months after the election) and I’m kinda hoping that Jennifer Jones would run since I haven’t heard much from Krystal and I think she was just too damn nice and didn’t point out how Bishop failed to represent the people out in the county.
The people in Kingman will have to learn to respect us and to APPRECIATE the many millions we contribute to Kingman’s economy. I’ve been doing 90% of my shopping in Vegas just because I don’t feel like supporting Kingman anymore.
So I’ll just keep on publicizing the sorry state of our roads. Since we’re having the last nice days I’m really busy getting ready for winter, but once it’s cold I’ll put in some time to organize the documentation in a new forum.
Actually, Tamarisk and Lucky are in the original Lake Mead City. Not even included on your map. Between Smith and Charles. But roads are no better if not worse.
I know that Tamarisk and Lucky are in LMC and they’re not included because this is a map of Unit 7, NOT LMC:
I asked for help with a map for LMC, but nobody offered.
I’d also like to add to the map the areas where UPS does no longer deliver due to the bad roads, but UPS in Kingman won’t accept phone calls and I haven’t had time to drive out to the airport to get that info.
