Yesterday evening I stopped to see whether the people that were parked on Charles were ok and they said they were fine. I think they were messing with a rubber raft. Half a mile down Charles was a nice tiedown in the middle of the road. I turned around to return it to them, but they had left already. If you know who they are, please send me an email with their address and I’ll drop the tiedown off at their place or they can pick it up.
