James contacted me a year ago because he was unhappy with the MCA.
I wasted a lot of time explaining the MCA and laws to him. He didn’t get it.
He whines and complains.
James accomplished NOTHING.
He was unable to produce a single document, MCA meeting video or audio recording, letter, email … NOTHING!
500% incompetent.
FB alerted me to posts about the MCA in his group and I tried to post a link to my first posting here about the CC&Rs. My post was “moderated”, while several FAKE NEWS posts by MAGA David Sullivan promoting racism, fascism, and bigotry were just fine with James.
I don’t know whether David Sullivan has dementia or a very low IQ, but he should not be allowed to spew FAKE NEWS anywhere.

I have friends who voted for Trump / Musk because they see these FALSE posts and don’t know any better.
Of course, James Garmann can do whatever he wants, it’s HIS group and there is no law against allowing FAKE NEWS promoting fascism, racism, bigotry, and hatred.

.. The Republicans won with enough people to mandate a change in the polical environment. You not liking it is understandable but not saying people you have never seen or talking to in your life are racist fascists bigots is unacceptable.
Why would I have to see or talk to people before determining that what they WROTE and SHARED publicly makes them racist, fascist, bigots …?
This is the kind of demented thinking that got Trump elected.
SHOCK: James apparently argues that when people vote for fascism, racism, and bigotry it’s ok because the people voted for it!
A little-known FACT: If the Republicans hadn’t purged so many voters Harris would be President. There has not been any DOCUMENTED significant voting fraud. The few isolated cases of voting fraud were often Republicans.
Another FACT: Just because so many hateful and deceived people voted for corruption, fraud, oligarchy, ethnic cleansing, genocide, and extermination of the poor, old, and sick (so many of the people in Meadview), doesn’t make it right.
Obviously, they were defrauded by Trump / Musk and their MAGA cronies. They believed the lies. And James Garmann continues to use his group to spread FAKE NEWS. What is he thinking?
Americans could vote to lynch every black person and James Garman wouldn’t object either?
Is there ANYTHING James Garmann would object to?
That’s what happens when people don’t have good brains. Blindly following the masses, the FAKE NEWS. So Hitleresque.
Dementia, alcoholism, drug abuse, low IQ, absence of intellect, most residents using stupidifying phones instead of computers with big screens, eating horrible toxic food causing disease and brain damage … Like half the voters, the people of Meadview are so easily deceived and manipulated by FAKE NEWS.
- Unable to research and with no sense of right and wrong.
- Advocating for their demise. Like lemmings …
And the few “good” people are too afraid to stand up for their beliefs.
Terrified of being shunned and attacked.

James Garman deleted not just my comments and my post on the CC&Rs, but almost all MCA-related discussions.
The group is now 90+ % FAKE NEWS.
