You may be aware that I am preparing to file suit against the MCA and its board members and I plan to have the board members served with the lawsuit at the annual meeting in May.

1) Please advise whether this statement is accurate and if not, provide the correct information.

Apparently, it became an issue and he resigned from the Board. The Board then solicited bids but only posted at the MCA office building where the public would not see it. At a subsequent meeting, they announced that they received only one bid, by an LLC they claimed to know nothing about and they accepted the bid. I believe it was Thom O’Keeffe’s LLC.
2) Is the MCA still paying for IT work and if so, who gets paid and how much?
While my new website is still under construction, it is important that you advise of any inaccuracies immediately and that you provide additional information as necessary to ensure the accuracy and completeness of my publications and my allegations in my lawsuit.
I will ask attorneys to review my new site to establish my claims and I am posting links to the site on social media for Meadview residents and potential home purchasers.
