As I’ve been contacting the MCA over the years, how many years can I go back and name the individual board members in the lawsuit?

Based on preliminary research, it depends on the type of claim (fraud, abuse, etc.) and also when I discovered the claim. Since I just found out now that they didn’t provide the correct CC&Rs in 2006, I might be able to go back many years.
I’ll have to conduct discovery to find out who started this madness. There might not be many records, as they like to destroy and falsify evidence.
If the current board is SMART, they’ll immediately send a letter of apology with the CORRECT CC&Rs to every owner who got the incorrect CC&Rs.
