Below is my email demanding immediate Retractions and Corrections of the FALSE information Director Baur allegedly distributed.

This is so misleading! I. Meadview most areas are restricted from living in RV! Through recorded CC&R’S (Covenants,Conditions and Restrictions ). Those CCR’S are recorded on the land even if it is a non-member lot iin the MCA. And the property owner can be sued for non-compliance
Ad far as Mohave County is concerned the Regulations state TEMPORARY and only than with a permit. And the RV must remain road worthy! And you can not attached anything to the RV This regulation was intended to give owners a place to live while they build on their property

Dear Board Members:
On 8/17/25 Jay Meyers posted a YouTube video featuring this Facebook comment allegedly by MCA Director Sharon Baur:

1) Please notify me by 5 pm tomorrow, 8/22/25, if Jay Meyers or anyone else fabricated Director Baur’s alleged Facebook comment or impersonated Director Baur.
2) Assuming that Director Baur’s Facebook comment is authentic, the MCA MUST post Retractions and Corrections of all false statements:
- in all Facebook groups, pages, profiles and anywhere else where these false statements were posted.
- in the comments with Director Baur’s comment(s) and in a new post, so more people will see it.
- at the MCA Facebook page.

This statement is FALSE for Unit 7.
Please IDENTIFY the Units that do NOT allow living in RVs according to valid CC&Rs, properly notarized and recorded .
b) “Those CCR’S [sic] are recorded on the land even if it is a non-member lot iin [sic] the MCA. And the property owner can be sued for non-compliance”
The MCA FAILED to respond to my 8/20/25 NOTICE of Litigation Hold and Document Preservation Request and the Unit 7 CC&Rs are therefore deemed INVALID.
Please state so in your Retractions and Corrections.

This entire paragraph is FALSE.
Should you disagree, please provide the link to the Mohave County regulations.
You need to immediately STOP terrorizing the hundreds of residents living in RVs legally, connected to septic and paying their annual personal property taxes just like homeowners pay real estate taxes.
- Please acknowledge receipt of this email and provide notice of any false statements by tomorrow, 8/22/25, 5 pm.
- Please provide the links to your Retractions and Corrections by Monday, 8/25/25.
